In 2002 my son brought up three friends for a two week visit. With no
room, I purchased a walled cook tent and put it on this site. Over the
winter I decided to build an old fashioned bunk house for whenever we
got an influx of the younger generation. Its comfortable, has a scenic
view and sleeps five. In 2007 we added an observatory to the deck, providing phenomenal stargazing opportunities with our resident star expert, Mike.
